Analytics

Traffic measurement

Bitcoindu uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page use. The service may process browser, device, approximate location and interaction information under its own policies.

Market data

Calculator services

Calculator pages may request public market data from CoinGecko. Those requests can expose standard technical information such as an IP address and browser headers to the provider.

External sites

Links and explorers

Links to blockchain explorers, documentation and other websites take you to services controlled by third parties. Their privacy practices apply after you leave Bitcoindu.

Eternal Wall

Public donation messages

When you claim an eligible Bitcoin donation, Bitcoindu stores and publicly displays the transaction hash, donation amount, publication time and the message you submit. The transaction hash and amount are already public on the Bitcoin blockchain. Do not place personal data, secrets or sensitive information in the message.

Email

Messages you send

Email sent to bitcoin@bitcoindu.com is used to read and respond to the message, keep necessary records and address abuse, security or correction reports.

Sensitive data

Information we never request

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, identity documents or exchange credentials. Bitcoindu cannot use them safely and will never request them by email.
